Landal Warsberg is a spacious site set high on a hillside offering stunning views of the rolling Saar countryside. Children love the chairlift ride, which takes you from the site to the pretty town of Saarburg nestling in the river valley below. This is an ideal location for a relaxing family holiday. There is an indoor lagoon style pool on site which also has a children’s pool, jacuzzi, sauna and solarium; and a good range of sporting facilities, as well as a children’s playground with excellent climbing equipment. There is a restaurant and a takeaway to choose from and, in high season, a lively evening entertainment programme including live music and discos. The surrounding area has many signposted walks through delightful countryside and vineyards.

Coming from the north,
follow the B51 south from Konz towards Saarburg.
As you leave Ayl turn left just before the bridge over the river Saar, signposted Landal Greenparks Warsberg.
Follow the road to a T-junction at the riverbank and turn right towards Saarburg.
Around half a mile into Saarburg you will see a further sign to the campsite (across from a garage) Ferienpark Warsberg.
Take this turn off to the right and follow the road uphill for 3.5km (2.18 miles).
The campsite is at the end of this road.
From the south follow the B51 towards Trier.
As you approach Saarburg turn left into town from the bypass just before you reach the tunnel.
Drive into the town centre and follow the signs to the Tourist Office (Verkehrsamt) and chairlift.
Drive under the chairlift and take a left turn signposted Ferienpark Warsberg. Follow the road uphill for 3.5km (2.18 miles).
The campsite is at the end of this road.

This campsite is perched on a hill overlooking the town of Saarburg - a typical Rhineland town with an ancient watermill and charming old buildings, clustered around the bustling market square. The town offers a number of good restaurants, bars and shops. Boat trips can be taken from here down the river Saar to Trier and into Luxembourg and beyond.
Make a day of it and visit Germany’s biggest theme park, Phantasialand outside Cologne, 90 miles from the site. Visit Trier (11mls north) and take one of the boat trips up the Mosel river, starting from the city dock.
