A camp site in Sicily, on the north coast where the Mediterranean is called the Tyrrhenian Sea. The new Camping & Village Rais Gerbi is set high up on the rocks. The sun drenched grounds have pleasant pitches and also plenty of Mediterranean vegetation. Pitches in open areas have special sails which provide welcome shade.

This Sicilian camp site has its own rocky beach which you can reach by a special path and steps. You can enjoy the terraced swimming pool on the site which has absolutely magnificent views of the sea!
In high season the pool transforms itself into a beautifully lit arena for dancing and music! Camp site Rais Gerbi offers several prime amenities: there is a playground for small children and entertainment in a miniclub in high season. Moreover there are tennis courts, a football pitch and you can go horse riding. After all this activity you can relax over a meal in the restaurant or take a stroll along the beach. A brand new feature is the outside restaurant, it's highly recommended!

Local Area

This part of Sicily is a perfect place for discovering the surrounding area. The town of Cefalù is not far from the camp site and Palermo, the bustling capital of Sicily, is an hour's drive away, with its stately monuments from various cultures: Sicily was part of the Greek Empire in Antiquity. But Palermo is also a lively student town with a lovely harbour and quaint old lanes.

 

Static caravans are fully fitted and offer the most comfortable and luxurious way to camp. Everything is provided!
The interior is typically as follows: Living room with entrance and a dining/sitting area (which can usually be adapted into an additional double bed), Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with two single beds.
Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet (sometimes a separate toilet). Fitted kitchen with a 2 to 4 ring gas hob and fridge. Plenty of storage space for personal possessions. Terrace and/or private garden with garden furniture.
