La Ferme de la Serraz, close to sparkling Lake Annecy in the French Alps, is a delightful and relaxed site. Ideally located for exploring this spectacular area, this green site is surrounded by superb mountain scenery.
Soak up the stunning panoramic views from the terrace of the two swimming pools (one just for toddlers), or simply relax on your grassy emplacement. There is a children’s playground plus TV and games room, as well as a snack bar (high season only). This is a friendly, family-run site that makes an ideal base for young families as well as keen walkers and outdoor sports enthusiasts. A lakeside beach is just under a mile from site, with swimming, boat trips and a wide choice of watersports available.

From the A41 North or South.
Take exit 16 from the A41, direction Annecy Sud and head towards Albertville/Seynord/Cran Gevrier.
Keep right at fork towards the D3508.
At roundabout take 3rd exit onto D2201.
Follow signs for Albertville.
At roundabout take the first exit onto the D1508.
La Ferme de la Serraz is located just before Doussard on the right hand side and is well signposted.
Local Area
La Ferme de la Serraz is located in the village of Doussard at the southern end of Lake Annecy. The village is a short walk from site – here you will find shops, a restaurant and a bar, open when the bar and takeaway on site are closed in low season. The picturesque town of Annecy is 12 miles from site. Explore the flower-lined canals and attractive streets, before taking a boat ride out onto the shimmering lake.
Children of all ages will enjoy a day trip to Walibi Parc. The action-packed theme park has thrills for all the family, including the Pirate Waterpark (a 1.5 hour drive from site). The Gorges du Fier (20mins drive) is a beautiful gorge 300m long and 70m deep. The gorge is traversed along a high-level walkway, not for those without a head for heights! The area is a paradise for outdoors enthusiasts – there are several golf courses nearby, as well as a cycle path running the length of the lake.
